The Challenge
Our client, a top 5 Pharmaceutical company had internal challenges with the Brand and Launch team. There were concerns the strategic marketing plans, and launch strategy was not sufficient for the upcoming launch and decided to opt for a full rebuild ahead of future launch activity. Due to past failures of recruitment partners their name in the area had been somewhat tarnished and the direct hiring methods were not fit for purpose.
The Solution
Albion Rye agreed an exclusive multi hire project in which we provided duel branding, completely revamped and rewrote their job descriptions and essentially took the hiring process to market like a brand new entity.
