The Challenge
Our client had previously used 2 recruitment partners that had unsuccessfully been hiring for a Principal Scientist to lead their growing laboratories in Oxfordshire, UK. Having had the role open for over 6 months they had interviewed some candidates not identifying the true skill set required.
The Solution
Further research highlighted the skill set required was limited in the local area. Through extensive client conversations, we worked with them to identify 25+ candidates in Europe with the skills required and Albion Rye were briefed to headhunt those with the client offering relocation support.
The Result
3 Candidates were submitted and all 3 interviewed. The successful candidate relocating from Paris on an 18-month fixed-term contract to support the set-up of new functions and all processes. Time to hire 19 business days
