The Challenge
Our client had previously used 1 recruitment partner for all hires in the local area. When their only QP decided to move on, they followed existing methods that had always worked in the past. Unfortunately on this occasion, the recruiter failed to deliver due to the sheer lack of people in the area qualified for the role.
The Solution
It was apparent time frames could cause huge issues for the client so it was agreed a contract QP would come in to oversee their facility on an interim basis while ongoing permanent hires were made.
The Result
Successful contractor was on-site within 48 hours on a rolling monthly assignment. Permanent hire was made after 34 business days and successfully came onboard with our client with a reduced notice period allowing additional cost savings which impacted the facilities and client budget incredibly well.
