A person with long blonde hair, wearing a yellow patterned blouse, is sitting at a desk in an office environment. The person is working on a laptop and has a notebook open beside the laptop. In the background, there are whiteboards with various charts and notes written on them. A large monitor displaying blurred content is mounted on the wall. There are also office supplies such as a coffee mug and folders visible on the desk.

Behind the pool table, there is a dartboard mounted on a red wall. To the left of the dartboard, there is a flat-screen television mounted on the same wall. Below the television, there is a high table with three chairs. On the right side of the image, there are two modern red chairs with wooden legs and a small white coffee table between them. The room has large windows that let in natural light and provide a view of an outside building with grey roofing tiles. The ceiling has square recessed lights and circular air vents.

    Testimonials

When I joined Albion Rye as a nervous graduate, I had little knowledge of recruitment nor the life science industry. With all the support and training given to me by Jake, Emma and the team, they have really pushed me to excel in my career and given me so much confidence going forward! Everybody is really friendly and approachable and on-hand to help and answer any questions (I always had alot!) and there is a great atmosphere in the office. The senior managers are all experts in their area of recruitment and you can tell they are passionate about their work and pushing everybody in the team to excel.

I have worked at a few agencies in the past, varying from small to larger corporations, I have seen the good the bad AND the ugly of the industry. The one thing about Albion Rye that cannot be replecated at other firms; the owner. You’re trusted to do what you need to do to make money and be successful. You don’t have someone peering over your shoulder, you’re treated as an equal at the company rather than beneath him. He views everyone the same and if you work hard, he’ll keep the pressure off. There aren’t many bosses out there that will support his staff through personal situations like he will, that’s what makes Albion Rye different.

The second business I have worked for in Recruitment, I truthfully can’t say a bad word about ARA. The management lead from the front and put time back into their staff while also still adding to billings themselves and striving to make the business at the forefront of Life Sciences recruitment, I would need a long time to put into words the impact that Jake, Gemma, James and Emma have on everyone here. Amazing commission structure. Financial backing from the business to go to conferences.

There is such a friendly and happy atmosphere here at Albion Rye which is so important in a smaller company. Its lovely to see that whilst the company has grown each employee is still appreciated. It is never a truer sentence that who you work with can honesty help you thrive in what you do. The management team is very supportive and there is so much potential to learn more. We get a lot of flexibility for a happy home/work life balance. Our office is also in a great location with a gym on site. A really fabulous place to work.
