They bridge clinical and behaviorial sciences to develop advances that result in distinct, actionable insights to their clients. They are currently hiring for a Business Development Director/Vice President to join their expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced seller/doer, who wants to do pure selling, generating revenue.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Nurturing and developing key client accounts, existing and new business.
• Building successful relationships and developing a deep understanding of the client and their brands so you can collaborate with the Research teams to deliver outstanding project work.
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience that will drive repeat business, referrals, and organic growth.
• Participate in key account planning.
• Proactively identify ways to expand the company’s footprint within, and across existing accounts.
• Partner effectively with the rest of the BD and client delivery teams across the Group.
• Working collaboratively and flexibly as required, to support growth.
• Contributing to marketing, thought leadership and other brand-building activity.

What Do They Need From You?

• Prior experience in growing account revenue and meeting commercial targets minimum experience of generating $750,000 in new business within a 9–12-month period.
• An expert in developing strong relationships with clients.
• A self-starter, with a drive to exceed targets and provide clients with an outstanding experience in every interaction.
• Demonstrable experience in primary market research.
• Experience in delivering integrated Insights and Consultancy services.
• Experience in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, cardiovascular and rare diseases.
