Marketing Manager
Established in 2018, Albion Rye Associates are an independent staffing agency dedicated to the Life Sciences industry and due to constant expansion in our UK location, we’re excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will join our team in Crawley.
This person will be fundamental in the day-to-day running of the company’s overall marketing strategy, oversee brand development whilst designing, organising and implementing campaigns and initiatives to be distributed on various social media channels. You will be part of not only business promotion but also sales marketing in order to generate and grow revenue.
This is a very exciting role for someone who is passionate about what they do, ready to take on a new, challenging career venture whilst having the autonomy to be creative and contribute new ideas to evolve our brand presence across the industry.
You will be responsible of taking ownership of Albion Rye’s marketing plans where duties include:
- Oversee and plan the entire marketing strategy, aiding brand development
- Design and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Creating and leading mailing campaigns to develop sales leads and revenue generating opportunities
- Managing all social media accounts, planning and distributing posts to increase brand awareness
- Working with sales teams to create market analysis, salary surveys, branded proposals, and other ad-hoc documentation
- Create promotional material including company announcements, work events, charity days and any other related projects
- Establish and target digital audiences to accelerate brand growth
- Maintain the website and other online company profiles
- Conduct any SEO analysis and reports to measure performance
- Potentially managing a marketing junior/intern in the future
Skills
- Marketing experience within a Recruitment Agency
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Prioritisation & organisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong, thorough analytical skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities to deliver projects on time
- SEO marketing analysis desirable but not essential
