Principal Recruitment Consultant

Salary: up to £37,500 per year

Location: Work From Home / Remote / Hybrid

Albion Rye Associates are an independently owned recruitment agency based in the UK, specialising in the Life Sciences industry. As a business we have experienced extraordinary growth, so we are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant with proven experience within a similar role.

You will need to be confident building lasting relationships with clients/candidates and be able to advise, negotiate and complete, managing the full recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset with the addition of high commission and potential future career development.

 The role:

  • Source and qualify candidates
  • Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
  • Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
  • Update and create CVs, cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
  • Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
  • Keep up to date with market news and events
  • Take part in frequent business development activities
  • Provide support to the recruitment researcher within your market

 The ideal candidate:

  • Has extensive experience within a recruitment/sales team
  • A hard-working attitude
  • Be willing to go above and beyond
