By way of introduction, I am recruitment consultant, who places healthcare market research professionals such as yourself into market research consultancies/agencies across the USA. I am currently partnered with a global healthcare market research and brand strategy consultancy dedicated to helping life science companies develop and commercialize life improving treatments and technologies. They bridge clinical and behaviorial sciences to develop advances that result in distinct, actionable insights to their clients. They are currently hiring for a Quantitative Healthcare Market Research Manager to join their expanding team.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Expanding existing relationships with current clients, providing support and back-up to Research Directors/Associate Directors when required.
- May lead research projects (multi-market, multi-methodology) calling on support from Associate Directors or Research Directors where necessary and provides support to other projects where required.
- Take ownership of, or assists with, the preparation of proposals.
- Oversee the development or takes ownership of, writing research materials, such as screeners, questionnaires, tab specs,
- Coordinate fieldwork
- Lead and, where required, support analysis and presentation writing.
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day running of projects.
- Take responsibility and ownership for maintaining, developing, and expanding designated client accounts, and provides support with clients as required to Directors/Associate Directors or others.
- Be proactive in seeking ways to manage and improve project quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Have a clear understanding of clients’ needs, issues, and concerns, and implement these across research projects.
- When the opportunity presents itself, grow new business with existing and new clients.
What Do They Need From You?
- 3 years plus experience in quantitative primary market research
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Well versed in the entire market research project lifecycle
- Able to write screeners, questionnaires in line with project objectives, check survey links, manage and troubleshoot fieldwork, create analysis plans, populate and QC reports, write headlines, develop overall insight story.
