Recruitment Team Leader / Sales Manager
£125,000+ OTE
RH10 (Crawley) with hybrid working

As a business we have experienced extraordinary growth so in turn are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader / Sales Manager or an established, high-level biller with proven managerial experience to join our leadership team.

You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with candidates/clients and be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline whilst maximizing market opportunities. Reporting to the managing director and sitting on the leadership team you will play a huge part in our continued growth and have a voice in any future key business decisions.

The role:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview preparation, client interaction, closing and post-placement follow-ups.
  • Part-take in business development activities to attract new clients.
  • Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads.
  • Lead, manage and support a team of six consultants ensuring individual and team targets/KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct one to one reviews, performance appraisals, identify training needs and other staff development opportunities
  • Keep up to date with market changes, news and events.
  • Attend industry conferences and face to face client meetings
  • Participate in leadership meetings to discuss business matters, company performance, initiatives, incentives and growth opportunities.


The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years within a 360-recruitment position and ideally recruited into the US market.
  • Proven managerial or leadership experience of a recruitment team, being able to give appropriate direction and guidance.
  • Ideally from a Life Science/Pharmaceutical background but not necessary
  • The ability to identify training and development needs/improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A passionate, positive, motivating attitude.
  • Can commute to the office three/four days a week.

Managerial benefits:

  • Every team member that hits target in a quarter = £1000 bonus per team member
  • Hit team budget at the end of the year = manager receives a 1.5% bonus of entire team revenue for the year.

(This is in ADDITION to commission earned from personal billings and quarterly performance bonus)

  • Tiered level commission (up to 40%)
  • Quarterly bonus (up to 3%) for hitting target of all revenue invoiced
