Job Description

Albion Rye Associates are thrilled to have been retained by our client one of the industries brightest up and coming ABA therapy providers. Utilizing evidence-based autism therapy to bring revolutionary digital treatments by connecting children to MSc and PhD behavioral therapists.

This role is a leadership position taking direct line responsibility initially for 3 Clinical Directors (likely to increase in the future). As a small and expanding business my client is looking for a versatile leader who can wear many hats and is happy to to support the team and wider business as and when required.

Our client accepts all major insurance carriers including Medicaid, this means business is incredibly busy and working with board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), our client is fast becoming one of the ABA go-to organizations.

  • Locations: East Coast (preference)
  • Salary: $130,000 – $140,000, plus bonus, plus stock options and incredibly generous package.
  • Start date: End of March / Early April
