Max began his recruitment career straight after completing his A levels, specialising in placing HGV drivers in a fast-paced environment that required strong communication, adaptability, and quick problem-solving. Working in a high-volume market taught him how to manage diverse candidate pipelines while building genuine, long-term relationships skills that he’s proud to bring into his new role at Albion Rye.

Although he’s new to the life-sciences and SaaS space, he’s genuinely excited to step into a sector where curiosity, precision, and continuous learning are essential.
