Albion Rye Associates launched in 2019 our referral scheme, by supporting your friends and ex-colleagues you are not only helping their careers but at Albion Rye Associates, you are rewarded financially.

We paid out £11,500 in referral bonuses in 2019.

For 2020 we are offering (£ / $)

Entry level / Junior (0 – 2 years) – 250.00
Mid-level (2 – 4 years) – 500.00
Senior (4 – 8 Years) – 1,000.00
Management / Leaderships (8+ Years) – 2,000.00
